Common to All Plans
The following features are common to all plans (unless otherwise specified in the relevant plan).

| Email Billing | All accounts are sent to your email address in pdf format. Bills are sent out on the 2nd of the month. |
| smsQ service | All customers can take advantage of the smsQ service. Please see the SMS How do I get started ? page for more details. |
| Kiss to Kiss | All customers are provided with free calls between mobiles included in that customer's plan for the first five (5) minutes and then the customer's usual call rates apply. |
| Direct Debit | All customers must have their monthly fees deducted by Direct Debit, either from a bank account or from a credit card. The Application Forms on the Sign Up link set this out in detail. Funds are taken from your nominated account on the 16th of the month. |
| Voicemail Deposits | All customers are provided with free voicemail deposits. |
| Voicemail Retrieval | Voicemail retrieval is at each customers usual call rates, depending on the plan selected. |
| Shared Included Spend | All of our plans allow you to put on as many phones as you like, on the same account. The minimum monthly spend is shared across all of your phones. Whatever plan you are on, all of the mobiles on that plan share in the minimum monthly spend. |
