I’m on a contract. Can I switch to Kiss Telecom?
If you want to leave your current contract, penalty fees may apply. You can either pay those fees and switch, or wait until your contract is over.

Can I keep my number when I switch to Kiss Telecom?
Yes. We will send you a new SIM card. All you do is take out the old one, and put in the new one, and the same number will be active.
You may need to transfer your address book if it is stored on your SIM card.
Do you have your own mobile phone towers?
No. Kiss Telecom uses the Vodafone network to carry your calls.
Why don’t I get a printed bill?
Kiss Telecom wants to keep its costs down, so we can keep your costs down. Every month, we will send your statement (which is a Tax Invoice) by e-mail in Adobe Acrobat format. If you like, you can print it out for your records.
I don’t have a phone. Can you help me?
Kiss Telecom may also offer mobile phones for sale. Check back with us in the coming months. If we do offer them, they will be at competitive prices, but we will not offer contracts that pay off the phone over 18 or 24 months like other companies. You will simply get what you pay for.
